The client returned the RV on the date specified in the rental contract and with no apparent damage. Unfortunately one of her male companions was some what argumentative and upset that I would not reimburse them for their last camping reservation because he thought it was my responsibility due to the battery issue. The client, herself was very respectful, polite and understanding in my assessment not to charge for the late return fee vs reimbursement of the camping fees.
