The RV was clean and functioned as described. Adel and Terry were friendly and communicated well with us when we had questions on the road, despite the limitations of our cell service. We had some difficulty getting in and out of the bed at our age but managed okay. Overall we had a great experience and Adel and Terry were understanding and flexible with meeting us near our hotel and with the RV return. (We were actually 5 nights in Jasper Park, Alberta, Canada, not the US as this review choice offers.)

Great RV and even better people to deal with! This was my family's second trip to the rockies in a rented RV and this Adel and Terry were much better to deal with than the commercial place I used last time. Communication was top notch, the RV was in excellent shape and came fully equipped, pick-up and return were super flexible, and the price was much more affordable. Highly recommend this great RV!

RV is spacious, comfortable, felt very luxurious -Amazing experience, RV had no issues, great condition, super comfortable. Adel and her husband are very easy going individuals that offer a fine service allowing us to rent out their RV and a detailed overview of the mechanicals, gadgets that the RV comes with prior to departure, very easy people to communicate with. As a first time RV renter through RVezy I am lucky to have been approved by them and privileged to utilize their mobile home. 5/5 Will definitely request their services once more should the need arise.

We had a great time taking this motorhome out for the weekend. It arrived clean and stocked with supplies for our trip. Everything worked as expected and no issues to report. Adel was flexible and easy to deal with.

Adel was awesome. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Adel dropped off the motor home at my house in St Albert which was very nice and everything in the motorhome was in excellent working order and clean. This was the first time I have used RV Ezy and the experience was very good. I would recommend using RV Ezy again and renting from Adel again.

Adel was excellent to answer questions and amenable to my requests. The RV was as advertised and stocked with cutlery, kitchen supplies and more. Only one minor inconvenience was that the fuel was only 3/4, which was a bit of a pain to fill back to 3/4 and the propane was empty when I received it (but I was reimbursed the expense with evidence of a receipt).

We had a great trip. Very clean and well maintained motor home. Lots of storage and very roomy for the 2 of us. Loved it!!!

The most amazing experience! Adel was kind, and warm hearted. She drove the 5th wheel to our location and picked it up. She was so easy going about the times we set for pick up and drop off. She set everything up for us so we literally had to worry about nothing. The 5th wheel was stocked with everything and more as well! Will be dealing with her again!

Not worth the money. The RV was in average shape. Individual who is renting out RV, uses social media to advertise, communicating on social media in private message making agreements. Pricing that was offered was different than what was on RVeasy and Credit card charge. Disappointing transaction. Will not use in the future.
