We were the first people Alisa rented to. She is quick to respond, and genuinely cared that we had a positive experience. I would rent from her again. Having said that, on this first renting experience, (her with RV Ezy and us with a tent trailer) there was a bit of a learning curve that we both experienced with the unit. Overall the unit is clean, warm and dry, everything we needed for a great trip and many memories made.
