Great communication, we did have an issue with the windows being left open and unattended in a very dry sandy camp area resulting in a layer of grit and sand on every surface in the camper, which was unintentional but needed additional cleaning when it was returned. Overall very nice people, would rent to them again with the understanding to use the A/C and not leave windows open if the camper is unattended.
