About Cheng

We love the RV and will rent it again. Although the RV had some issues (the grey tank cannot be emptied during the trip and the propane tubing has a mild leak outside of the RV), but those issues did not bother us much. The host fixed those issues after we returned the RV, so a new guest would have the perfect RV. We had the amazing 7 days traveling in this RV. We love the screen on the back of the RV - watching the sunset, while laying on bed, on the shore of the lake was spectacular experience. The bed was comfortable. The tinted windows at the back gave us the privacy at da time. The storage space was adequate. The computer that controls everything in RV was easy to operate. We loved electrically operated doors and bed. Cheng (the host) is the great communicator! We called him a few times during our trip and he always was there to help us! Host also provide the additional things like drinking water, garbage bags, coffee, dishes, toilet paper, and more. Thanks Cheng! I gave 4 stars for the Value because the RVezy charge a lot in for the service fees and force to buy an insurance even though I had my own insurance.

cheng was very cordial and responsive to my numerous questions during the rental. Van is clean and well maintained Personally, I found the dumping of grey/black tanks challenging during the post-camping season.

It was an awesome experience. Enjoyed a lot.

The owner is super friendly and very helpful. He teaches me a lot about camping in the wild and how to use the van.

Two of us had a good time in Cheng’s RV. Easy to drive; comfortable bed that converts to couch during day. Cheng showed us how to use all aspects of RV. He was always available to us and answered all questions. Highly recommend Cheng and his RV.

The RV was in excellent clean condition. The owner took the time to explain everything and was very responsive. We had a great time and would rent from this owner again.

First time family road trip,traveled from Toronto and throught Quebec with myself and two teenage boys. Layout was good with the bed & ottomans turning into a king-size bed with a click of a switch, privacy blinds were perfect for my two teenagers. I didn't sleep in the van, and we didn't use the washroom/shower or the cook top. I found the RV loud when driving but I suppose with the dishes & pots bouncing around one could expect some noise. Overall it was an amazing experience, we visited our family and the RV made it happen for us. The RV "host" was great, Whenever I had a question along the way he answered me right away. Very polite and easy to deal with.
