Emily H.Aug 2022I give Jason a 5 star review. His trailer was in great condition , it was fully stocked and he was very communicative. He even included a vaccum and a s’mores kit! Only thing I would like to mention is the bumper plug on the passenger side fell off in transport. This isn’t something we touched as the hook ups are on the drivers side. The inside of the bumper was full of mudd as Jason sent a picture. This isn’t something we touched at all and when I called the dealer they said bumper plugs fall out while units stand still as their a terrible design. I have no problem paying for it as it was lost during our trip to Whistler from alder grove on a paved hyway but please be aware the passenger side falls out extremely easily. Maybe put a piece of duck tape on there to make sure it doesn’t fall out! Other than that we had a amazing time! Thanks very much your trailer is beautiful :)
