What a fabulous week in Sally and David’s Toy Hauler! They were the most congenial pair you could possibly hope to rent from. Everything was seamless starting pre-drop off when Sally allowed us to drop off a few items to store in the trailer for hauling to our site. They were reachable throughout our stay, and even amenable to changing the pick up time to accommodate us. The trailer, more of a small apartment, was equipped with absolutely everything you could think of right down to the thoughtfully left box of s’mores kit. The trailer was spotless as well, which led to comfort level during this era of Covid. We especially appreciated the second 1/2 bath room, the super spacious master bedroom with a full wall of mirrored storage closet space, and the spacious kitchen with ample storage and counter space. As newbies to the work of RVing, we couldn’t have possibly hoped for a better experience start to finish. Thanks so much to Sally and David.

We had a great time renting this trailer! It’s in excellent condition and it has everything we needed! They even had the BBQ setup for us and free of charge (usually $40 fee). We literally just arrived at the site, did the walk thru, sign some papers and off we went and started our camping weekend. They even had some treats for my son who was celebrating his birthday that day...they really went above and beyond! Sally and David were very communicative and very nice to deal with! We highly recommend this trailer for a great camping experience!

Sally was extremely responsive to any questions or messages. We had rented a different trailer for the same time period and unfortunately the trailer was involved in an accident and was no longer available. I appreciated that Sally and her 5th wheel were available. Only giving 4 stars for the following reasons, Sally’s brother, David, handles delivery and he was almost 2 hours late to deliver the trailer and about 45 minutes late to pick it up on the last day. The explanation of bad traffic on the delivery didn’t ring true as we left about an hour after I would have expected them to, from the same location and didn’t experience any traffic delaying us. It annoyed me that they couldn’t be honest and just say they were running late. The ramp door to the toy hauler portion was not working and we were only informed during the walk through. Again, not a big deal but I would have appreciated advance notice as I had told my kids about it and they were excited to see the ramp down and have some indoor/outdoor space. Finally, the trailer is only “surface clean”, but if you look there is dirt everywhere, under the couch, in the floor vents, the pots and pans under the stove. I was happy to have brought my own coffee maker as the one in the trailer didn’t look very clean. I think this is probably true of every rental, so not sure it’s fair to mention. Note, if you are planning to enjoy a glass of wine there are no wine glasses or a bottle opener, so bring your own.

Our stay in Sally’s luxury 5th wheel was great. Sally is friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The trailer is beautiful, and we particularly enjoyed the large refrigerator, pantry, and fireplace. Delivery and pick-up with David was flawless. We look forward to renting from Sally again.

This was a flawless booking with top notch owners. Unit was exactly as described and spotless! Set up of unit & pick up was so easy! Would definitely rent from these owners again.
