It is a perfect size for a small family with the basic amenities you need to be comfortable. Heather was very attentive to my questions and aided with the hooking and unhooking when we arrived for pickup and drop off, and was available if we had any questions once we arrived at our destination. After a small hiccup, Heather did give us a discount and allocated us a time to drop off that was more convenient to us! It was easy to reach out to her and even when the reception was bad on our part, we were able to communicate with her through text, about our questions! :) Would do this again
