Michele was great to work with and was great with communication. I unfortunately caused some damage on her beautiful RV and she was very calm and understanding as we went through the process of filing a claim and getting it fixed. And what a great RV. 4 slide outs and 2 separate rest rooms with showers makes for a huge living space.
