Second year renting Joes trailer. Trailer is very nice, clean, and well taken care of. Communication all the way thru was amazing and Joe was available if we had any issues during our trip. 10/10 would rent again and recommend.

Wow , what a deal…. Joseph was quick to respond to my question before our trip and during. Trailer was fully equipped with anything you might need. I do recommend renting his generator if you plan on staying at a non hookup site to run the DC power.I will be booking Joseph’s trailer for our next trip

Joe was great. Very reasonable I’m dealing with a bit of an accident. Unit was excellent. Small issue with the generator but over all great experience.

We had a great time renting Joe’s trailer for the weekend. Nice new trailer with all the amenities you’d expect with a modern recreational vehicle. Just wish we could’ve stayed in it longer! Thanks for being a great host Joe!

Joe was great! Wonderful communicator and the trailer was overall quite comfortable. The air conditioning and heating worked really well, which was a huge plus. The downside was a fair bit of deferred maintenance, I.e. the valve for the black water tank didn’t fully close, dead batteries, the right tail light was out, and the oven didn’t seem to work. The break lights and batteries were safety issues, while the others were just inconveniences. Overall, though, we had a great time and enjoyed our experience.

Maintenance items to address Communication from the owner was prompt but not accurate. A few important maintenance issues affected our trip: Awning: I was told the awning became unusable the night before pickup. On inspection at pickup, the condition appeared consistent with something that was from much earlier damage. It would be helpful to repair this and clarify its status ahead of time for future renters. Right rear tail light: Discovered inoperative on our first night. Joes response was that this was new as well. Given a prior review noting the same light, this seems like a recurring issue and should be fixed promptly for safety and compliance. Stabilizer: Requires repair or, at minimum, the correct manual tool. The current tool will strip and leave the rear stabilizer stuck. Front jack: Operated via power drill; this can jam and may fail soon. A proper jack solution or service would reduce the risk of breakdown. There were a few smaller items as well, but the above are significant. I don’t enjoy leaving critical feedback; I’m sharing this so future guests have a safe, smooth experience. I’m confident the owner will address these items quickly—once resolved, this will be a much stronger rental.
