A few mis steps from the start, no gas for generator, no grille top for outdoor kitchen, golf cart died. Communication was great , I was reimbursed for gas

They did a great job delivering and setup prior to our arrival. The beds were comfortable. A little dirt in corners etc. and tv missing in the bedroom. But really comfortable RV.

Great camper! We had a fantastic time. Lots of nice touches.😁

Host was very helpful and accommodating. The service was amazing and the RV was perfect! I strongly recommend!

We had a good week at Fort Wilderness. We had an issue with the RV that wasn’t fixable, and effort was made to repair it but being a weekend and then a holiday it wasn’t dealt with timely. Overall we would book again. It was an uncommon problem (we have owned rv’s for years and my husband was confused by it). In the end, they made it right and we would book again. I was confused sometimes on the best method of communicating, and responses took a little while.

The camper served its purpose in that we had a place to sleep on our camping trip. Other than that, it was kind of a nightmare. The license plate was expired, pieces of the camper were falling off on the inside and out, refrigerator didn’t work unless generator was hooked up resulting in us losing all of our food and having to replace it one at our destination, both gray and black tanks were full when we picked the camper up, there were dirty dishes in the sink, and the list goes on and on.
