Sandra was extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with and responded in a timely manner to all communications. Would highly recommend the trailer and would most certainly rent it again for a hassle free experience.

- kim D.Jul 2025Sandra was really good to deal with very through going over everything we tried to turn on the furnace one night and could not but when we were picking up the unit she did explain exactly how to do it we just forgot. The only complaint that I have was the door was very squeaky when opening it up she did say that she was going to get it fixed.
- Penny P.Aug 2024Was extremely rude when we returned the camper like we were dealing with a totally different personality… we did damage one of the paper curtains which we were totally willing to replace but was just shut down by her immediately by her saying she was putting in a claim for a full roll of paper curtains costing us probably hundreds of dollars for paper !!! Complained it wasn’t clean but we paid a cleaning fee for it to be cleaned upon return so why would we clean it ourselves after paying a cleaning fee ?? And now saying as I see in her description the generator wasn’t full upon return which it absolutely was !!! Am still waiting for my deposit to be returned weeks later !!! I find it hard to believe all these glowing reviews which leads me to think they were made by friends of hers instead of actual customers as we had such a terrible and extreme experience with her over one paper curtain ….. Never been so disappointed in a host ever and we have been using this app for awhile , def will never use again nor refer her to anyone I care about …
