We had a wonderful weekend of camping at Bonnechere and were glad to be in a tent trailer with heat and a fridge. It was cold and there was a campfire ban! This tent trailer was in good working order and missing a few non-essential parts that Lucie has on order. It's smaller size made it easy to tow with our car.

- Christiane B.Aug 2019Disappointed with the experience as many of the important amenities that were listed on the description were faulty. 1. The water was not usable due to antifreeze still being in the tank from the winter therefore could not use the sink and or outdoor shower. We had taken the time to travel out of our way to fill the trailer only to discover it was not usable and we were not equipped to be without. 2. The battery would not hold a charge therefore could not use the lights, the fan during the day, or heat (location we were at up north dropped to 6 at night very cold with a 2 year old) 3. The awning was missing parts and broken arm. Disappointed with this rental as is basically ended up just being a very expensive tent on wheels that we had to pull for 7 hours. As per discussing the issues with the owner at the drop off, she mention compensation would be given. Thank you for your time.

The only issue was the battery did not work so we could not use the furnace as we had hoped. I am sure this will be resolved for future rentals.
