- Daeguen J.Aug 2023This was my first time renting a RV and it’s great rental experience. Mr. Pankaj was available to on the phone to my questions anytime. The RV had a large amount of storage space. Everything was cleaned and ran well. (I drove 5,000 miles Fairfax VA to Grand Canyon AZ and back to VA) I didn’t get any problems. Highly recommended.
- Elizabeth R.Jul 2023I highly recommend selecting this RV for your next trip. I spent 3 1/2 weeks in it, going from Virginia to Tennessee to Oklahoma to Fort Worth and back, without any issues. The vehicle is easy to drive, and ran very well throughout the duration of the trip. Pankaj was amazing, and responded right away to the few questions I had. He was very gracious, and checked in with me regularly, if I had not checked in with him.
- Calvin K.May 2023Perfect RV for our family of 5. It drove well, had ample space and was such a fun time. The host was very friendly and accommodating as well
- James F.Oct 2024To start off with Pankaj was very communicative, understanding, flexible and supportive. He made much appreciated attempts to make up for the poor experiences I dealt with listed below. When those items are handled this will be a great RV for anyone to use! Pros: - Easy pick up and drop off. - AC worked great and kept the cabin feeling great during a hot humid week Cons: - There was a leak in the rooftop AC unit upon pick up inspection and rainwater was dripping down onto the floor. Luckily I had a bucket in my garage to place underneath it. However it rained 3 nights of my trip and had to keep an eye on it. - There was a hole in the ceiling over the Cab bunk from what appeared to be a removed satellite cable. During the first night of rain I reached up onto the raised bunk and found it was wet. Water was leaking down and had soaked the mattresses and bunk platform. I put the mattresses in the shower and wiped them down and dried the bunk platform and wall and put fans on them. I then climbed up on the roof in the rain and tried to place duct tape over the hole but there was a wire protruding. This helped lessen the effect but there continued to be leaking I had to monitor and mitigate two more times and I needed to air RV out to mitigate a musty smell. - The shower backed up with basic kitchen sink usage. I was able to get it to drain by dripping the gray water which was showing as being empty. It was not a pretty sight and I rinsed the shower of the debris and just didn't use it at all after that.
