Shirley and Leilei are great renters! Communication prior to the rental was great, they were punctual when meeting ahead of pick-up day to confirm all trailer-car hookups match and work properly, and again when allowing lots of time on pick-up day for orientation and learning to use our uniquely upgraded travel trailer. The travel trailer was returned clean and in the same condition they received it. Great rental, and I definitely recommend them :) Thank you Shirley and Leilei.
