The host was very helpful. The trailer presented a few unexpected surprises. I'll list a few things for you to take into consideration. Hitching and towing: The level of the hitch was a few inches higher than my truck hitch, so the host provided me with an adjustable hitch so the trailer could tow level. The host also convinced me to use his anti-sway bars. It did tow very nicely, but the downside was that it would be difficult to unhitch at the camp site, so I left it connected to the truck. Fortunately, the camp site was level front to back, so that wasn't an issue. Leveling at the campsite: I needed to raise the left side of the trailer with 3 layers of leveling blocks. One of the stabilizer jacks needed an extra spacer to reach the ground. The stairs fold down over the door threshold, and when fully down, don't impede the door opening and closing. But with the left side of the trailer moved up to account for the slight slope, the ground level under the steps was higher than normal. Moving the extendable feet all the way in, the door would open and close normally, but the steps weren't level. We just dealt with that. Comfort: The mattress on the bed was a bit thin, so I brought along an extra foam mattress. That helped a lot. The two adults who took the bunk beds were of small stature, so they fit okay, but did not get a good night's sleep. The bunk beds would be good for children. The bathroom was cramped, as expected, but I was surprised that the built-in sink in the shower did not have a water source. We used it to hold the toilet paper. I think that a wet bath would have been a better choice for this floor plan. Equipment: I think this trailer is best for a campsite with hookups. There was no inverter for 110v. A/C and the microwave depend on external power. We were dry camping, and depended on the battery for the water pump, lights, and awning. When retracting the awning the final time, I was concerned that the battery would run out before the awning was all the way in. It did make it in, and the battery level was still okay. Presumably, there was solar on the roof, but I wasn't able to verify. A small portable generator would have provided some peace of mind. Summary: I think this would be a good choice for a couple with a small child, and using campgrounds with level sites and hookups. If you plan to unhitch and re-hitch frequently, you might was to forego the anti-sway bars.

Great experience! The host taught us how to use the trailer in detail. It was our first time glamping. So much fun!

The hosts were very accommodating. They did full set up and take down. The RV was rented for a month and needed for another week due unexpected home renovations after flood. They checked in to make sure things were good. And will definitely rent from them again but for recreational use!! 5⭐️

Great camper

It was our first time camping so we didnt know what to expect. I would suggest you camp somewhere that has hookups, not dry camping. The generator is a default option listed on the amenities, there isn't actually a generator.

This RV was perfect for my three-day, "dry" camping on Fiesta Island for the first weekend of the Over The Line Championship Tournament. The perfect size for one or two people for that length of time.
