About Monique

Monique was so sweet and great to communicate with but we did have some communication challenges at pick up time. She did request to change pick up dates/times multiple times (extra days was great for us but if we had another booking it would not have been great) but she always asked if it was okay first. 5 star rating for being nice and friendly 2 star rating for punctuality 3.5 star rating for cleanliness (she offered to pay for cleaning bathroom, floors and kitchen which was nice but it would have been nicer if it was already cleaned or pre-arranged for cleaning)
