Great customer all clean thanks

Although the trailer was left in good shape, clean, the process of dealing with the group was not ideal. I expected someone to be there when I delivered, and no attempt to accommodate was made. I tried to reach out to 2 different people to arrange a pick up time, and no one got back to me. I'd maybe rent to Judy as an individual, but since this was a group party booking, I think that the responsibility was lost. The two star rating is because of this.
