The good: Nice people and good communication. Decent, trailer in good mechanical shape. Able to sleep 4 very comfortably. Power cord extension may be available to rent at additional cost. A good rental value. The bad: The trailer was about 40 mins further than listed in the post, and we were not given the address until the morning of the pickup. Pickup time was much later than expected, but our fault for not communicating about that earlier in the experience. They were excellent about allowing us to return it later due to the late pickup. Unfortunately the trailer needed an additional 2.5 hours of cleaning at the pickup (washing of the floors, washing down the kitchen and bathroom, vacuuming, shaking out the bunk mattresses). The holding tank needs significant attention as the smell from it made the bathroom unusable. We bought some tank treatment, but were not able to remove the smell to a point of making the bathroom usable. The wall in the kitchen was infested with ants. Ant traps were present, but we decided to keep all of our food in bins during our stay. A 2 hour ozone treatment took care of any other odours. With the bathroom door closed and venting, we were able to enjoy the space. Overall a positive experience with the renters. Hopefully some attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the trailer can happen for the next renters.

My family and I enjoyed this trailer over several very hot days. The A/C was amazing! Delivery and pickup was on time, and Rick did a great job setting things up for us. Much appreciated. Great trailer and owners!
