I was given a unit for four nights and it had a failed hot water tank and had no hot water for four nights.. we had to cut our stay short due to this and messaged the owners and they feel to even respond on day three. The owners then responded on the app after our stay was done that it was our fault that we tried to use the hot water tank. We had no hot water for the entire stay and the owners blamed us for the hot water tank not working when they admitted they did not even inspect the unit since last year. We had previously used the unit and really enjoyed it a few years back. The owners proceeded to blame us for their own failures. We will never run from them again. Discourage anyone else from ever renting from them. The owners further message in the app that we could use other people's hot water and that their failures shouldn't have been a problem. Bunk bed was missing screws when we got it which I didn’t notic so we weren’t able to use that bed because the chain broke for the bed. Other then that was a nice trailer

The AC unit decided to die part way through our rental (record heat, the usual time for an AC unit to kick the bucket) and despite best efforts to troubleshoot the problem, it didn’t come back to life. Melissa and Jeremy felt awful (it was fully functioning up until it wasn’t, so hard to fault anyone and they did everything anyone could’ve asked and more to try to fix it) and they brought us fans which really helped out when the sun went down. We ran into problems on the first night with the battery (it was almost dead) and the last night we ran out of propane. The owner suggested we fill it in the closest town. We were lucky to be camping with friends who had trailers and they were able to help us problem solve. Pickup and drop off was on time and seamless.

Delivery was 2 hours later than expected due to an issue with the trailer. Melissa was able to message us her intentions and fix the problem. There wasn’t any RV toilet paper so we had to find a friendly neighbour to spare a square. Pickup was 45minutes later than expected. Overall a good experience.

The only that was that the Propane tanks were not full but we were told they were full and during our camping we ran out of Propane. Good thing that it was our last day or we would have had no heating.
