Thomas A.Aug 2023The overall experience was good, however the RV was lacking some basic essentials like dish soap/scrubber, hand soap, paper towels etc. Also the pickup location was listed as San Jose, it is not. Pickup is in Morgan Hill which added over an hour to our trip, which was based on pickup location. Communication once the trip had started was great, however not knowing what we needed to bring and specific pickup location until booking was disappointing. Rogelio himself was always prompt with replies, dropped off and picked up the trailer exactly on time, and made sure we knew where everything was (and how it all worked) ensuring a great trip. I strongly recommend renting from Rogelio and plan on doing so next summer for sure.
