About Sheri

I had trouble initially with the RVezy experience . I was not able to verify my account because I did not have a “smart” phone. I have email on my computer, but this was Not adequate enough until I sent a message to RVEzy customer service. In the interim, I used the email contact For the host and only got a response from RVezy robot. I went around a communication circle for about one day before Rvezy was able to make the necessary adjustment to allow me to use email. The trailer was clean and had supplies. There was bedding provided and the bathroom was well stocked with the needed supplies. The trailer hitch was supplied and equipped with sway bars. The height of the hitch was set up for a 1500 pickup truck . I was using a 2500 Ram . The hitch could have been adjusted to accommodate the extra height but was not. This caused the trailer to be tilted towards the rear which caused some added stress while parking in uneven or sloped spaces. The trailer layout was exceptionally nice. There is a slide out for the dining room table which makes plenty of space to prepare food and eat inside if required. The fridge is huge. The awning was perfect for keeping us out of the rain. There are 4 leveling jacks on the trailer, but they were in need of replacement. We were able to make do with extra pieces of 2 by 6 that I had brought from home, and use of the jack that I had for my truck. The hosts have acknowledged that,and have planned to replace them. We had an overall great experience with the camper and host. Thank you.

Excellent experience renting from Sheri and Floyd. A beautiful and extremely clean trailer with everything you need was provided. Great service at pickup and drop off. I would highly recommend renting this trailer.

Sheri and Floyd were great to deal with and very helpful throughout the process. The trailer was comfortable and the perfect size. Many extras were included in the trailer, which meant less packing before departing.
