I would not rent to this renter again. We really went out of our way to be accommodating with a free night, storage for her vehicle at no extra cost, and spend 2 hours going over everything on pick up. We even gave her $25 at end of trip to cover cost of food she said spolied. As it turns out, she turned the setting in the fridge to the warmest after we had told her how to control the settings. We had challenges from day 1. Disputes on pick up and drop off time. Scratches in cushions from their dog. Missing light cover with refusal to cover cost. Was contacted a few times with they were away with ‘issues’ we would respond within minutes with solutions and they would not reply. Returned full of complaints. However all of her ‘issues were self inflicted or could have easily been resolved if she answered our calls. She also took it upon herself to give the vehicle an oil change without contacting us. This was not needed and she used the wrong kind of oil and filter. Then expected us to reimburse her. Not a great rental experience at all.
