- Mark D.Jun 2024Delivered by hostThe experience was poor because people like us don’t email all the time and trying to get a hold of someone when need to is difficult.We received an email saying the time it would be dropped off and we received an email 4hours earlier saying that they were at the place wondering where we were. We weren’t able to read email until 2 hours after we received the call. Then we were wondering if we missed it or if they were coming back. Tried calling the phone number that was given to us and they wouldn’t call us back. But emailed much later but we didn’t check emails, but waiting for a response. Then when it was delivered backed into a huge tent that was set up and bent apole that can’t be repaired. Talked with the driver at pick up time about the incident and was told that they would pay for a new pole.

Well stocked with everything you could need for a weekend of camping. Lyndsay and her husband were extremely helpful. They delivered the trailer for me and had it all set up when we arrived. I will rent from them again for sure!

Kerri S.Jul 2023Lindsay and Jason were fabulous to deal with. Very friendly and accommodating after we had to move our dates around due to family emergencies in June. Their trailer had everything we needed. It was very hot where we were camping and having the a/c in the trailer was a life-saver. Our kids loved the smores kit and the camping chairs were perfect and comfy. We would not hesitate to rent from Lindsay and Jason again. They have thought of everything to make camping, relaxing and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to maybe add a toaster or a kettle to the trailer. The trailer is in excellent condition inside and out and is fully stocked with all the supplies you would need. The AC worked great on the 30+ degree days. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was completely sufficient for us all to use, including the shower. We appreciated the smores kit, good coffee and the propane firepit. Towed very well by a standard half ton truck and with the provided weight distribution hitch the trailer pulled straight on the highway. We would definitely rent this trailer again.

The trailer itself is fantastic. Clean and spacious with all the necessities. But... all the extras that Jason and Lindsay provided made it over the top amazing. Super comfy lawn chairs Tea, coffee, coffee press, smores kit!!!! Propane fire pit. Board games and cards. Despite a fire ban in Banff National Park, we had one of the best week's camping ever. The trailer and amenities a large part of it!!!! Would absolutely rent this trailer again.
