We had the trailer delivered and set up for our arrival. Augustine was on time and prompt! Everything was ready, clean and set up. Great camping experience

5 stars for Augustine, who was great to deal with, flexible and very helpful. He provides a great package of extra equipment for a safe travel experience: adjustable draw bar, weight distributing hitch system, rear camera and top of the line wireless brake controller. The unit is a bit dinged up inside as it is in frequent use but was clean, comfortable and everything worked. I had an issue with RVEzy on some of the extra options charges but that is no reflection on Augustine.

Augustine was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very professional and his trailer was immaculate. We would definately do business with Augustine again.

The owners worked with us on the hookup and were nice to deal with.

We had many issues with the delivery of this RV. Starting with having to negóciate the delivery outside of checkin hours (which are typically after 1 pm). After negotiating 11 am, the delivery person arrived at 9:45 am and had major issues with the owner of the campsite. The septic hose was not connected and we had to struggle to find an extension. We understand that the owner of the campsite asked for the RV to be moved, but it was only because it was placed incorrectly and blocking an internal road to the other sites. Once moved, the delivery person should had checked that the hoses could connect. The owner of the RV was very responsive and answered right away, which was nice. I would make sure to bring a mattress topper for all mattresses as the sleeping arrangements were kinda hard on our backs.
