A very stressful, chaotic and disorganized experience all around with these first-time renters. Difficult to communicate with leading up to the rental and left absolutely everything to the very last minute. Despite confirming they had a 7-pin connector (took our Curt Echo brake controller add-on), they arrived with only the flat 4-pin style. I arranged a last-minute appointment at the local hitch shop to have the 7-pin connector installed. What should usually be a 1.5-hour pick-up turned into a 6+ hour ordeal. On return, the trailer was in complete disarray - items from almost every compartment were misplaced or left on the beds/floor for us to tidy and relocate. After taking inventory, nearly a dozen items were missing, and upon meeting up the next day to return these, half of them were still not found and replaced by the renter. Less than ideal as none of these items now match the sets from which they came. The dinette table was damaged after the rental generator add-on was placed under the table with the leg folded. The table was left hanging with little to no support and driven between locations in this position, tearing the bracket from the table. The black tank returned with a full reading - not uncommon with poor trailer tank sensors, including ours. Doubled checked at a dump station and found a non-trivial amount of black tank material, which should have been drained on the last renters' dump. Although very friendly, they seemed unorganized, difficult to communicate with, and generally had little consideration for the care and use of the trailer and contents. It was not worth our time or effort, and we would pass on a future booking request.
