Eun and family recently rented our trailer, they were new to renting and Raving but listened and asked all the right questions. I only had a few texts through the week answering basic RV questions. The trailer was left clean and tidy, no damage and the kids really helped out in the set up and tear down. Very nice people and I wouldn't hesitate to rent to them again.
