Renter returned trailer with no physical damage, however it was covered in mud, which is no big deal. Until you add in the fact that the septic tank was 1/3 full, we do not offer septic services, and it had human waste in it that should not have been there (in our listing it says pee only) which ended up all over my driveway. That has added alot of time effort and costs for gas, finding and paying for a dump site, and cleaning my driveway of the mess of an improper and incomplete dump. The renter was also difficult to get a hold of while using the camper, to get some repairs done to the camper as well as to get a return time.
