Austin was the perfect host. RV was clean, rides nice, great communication even while we were away, lots of extras, felt like home away from home. The slide outs were large and made it even more spacious. We would definitely rent this RV again for our family vacations. 5 stars all around for Austin and his RV.

RV trip was amazing (mom, dad and 3 kids). The RV is in great shape. Basically new. Austin is a nice chap and took/gave time when required. The “customer service” could be upgraded a notch (better cleaning of unit, camping equipment, drain hose, etc). Truly minor nuances (hence 5 stars!!), but think is important to state so you know what you’re looking for. In my view, these minor things are within what you can expect/understand when dealing 1-on-1 between layman (and sure Austin could have similar comments about us). We would do trip again and rent again from Austin in a blink!

Austin is extremely accommodating and a really nice guy to deal with, which makes renting the RV even better. The RV was great for our family and had everything to make our trip fun and able to travel for 10,000kms, I definitely recommend this unit and Austin.
