Never met the family but Sean seemed pretty nice. Was his first time with an RV which can be pretty daunting so had to forgive the couple of very small things missing. He did quite well considering. Not quite as clean as I would have liked but it did rain the night before drop off and they were boon-docking. All in all my RV came back intact and no worse for wear.
