He dropped it off on time and ready to go. No issues and we were super happy we picked it. Shawn and his wife were there to pick up on time too. Our kids were thrilled with the cozy bunks, and we appreciated the comfortable amenities. Although it took us a little time to get the hang of the air conditioning and heating system, it was a minor learning curve. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't thank Shawn enough for his exceptional service and accommodating nature.
