Very straightforward rates. Unit as it appeared in the listing. We just wanted somewhere to sleep and get out of the elements and this unit did the job. We brought all of our own sleeping bags and it was easy and straightforward to leave at the end of our trip. Eric was always responsive and good to deal with.

Great 5th wheel. Everything you need for a great trip. Loved the little room at the back - would be great for kids but one adult slept there comfortably. Eric was easy to deal with and showed us all we needed to know

We enjoyed our first experience camping in a trailer. Delivery and pick up went well. Owner is responsive. Slept great in the beds. Interior could be cleaner as we found some garbage and previously used sleeping bags and sheets. We did a thorough disinfecting anyway prior to use because of COVID.

The trailer was spacious and exactly what we thought we were getting. Eric was very patient and accommodating and stayed to explain everything. All dishes were supplied. The trailer is a bit older and it has many windows without blackout blinds which can Make it hard to sleep if you don’t put blankets over the light blinds. Very spacious trailer.
