About Pamela and James

Pam and James are so nice! They communicated well and we're easily reachable if I had questions about what to pack. The camp was completely set up when we arrived. All we had to do was unload our clothes and food! The bed is so soft and comfortable and the camp chairs were so cozy when we wrapped up in blankets and sat by the fire...even our dog kept trying to steal a seat. The trailer was super easy to operate but I do wish I asked more questions about the tank levels. We didn't use the bathroom because the meter said it was 3/4 full the first day of our 3 day trip and we were worried about it going over capacity. Overall though, we had a wonderful trip and will definitely rent from Pam and James again. Thanks so much for being amazing hosts!

Pam and James were perfect hosts who were super responsive and caring about us having a great trip. We were 9 days off grid and they made sure we had everything we needed and even checked on us to be sure we were ok because we were out of cell range. They are very knowledgeable about the local area and had lots of great suggestions too! The trailer was perfect for the 2 of us and the pup, but we did run out of trailer water after 7 days even though we were conservative, so just make sure you bring extra if you are going out for that long without a sani-dump or fill up. The grey and black tanks showed full on the panel, but still had some room in them and didn’t top out while we were there. The trailer has a super comfy bed and couch and nice kitchen, but we did most of our cooking outside. The set up was great for that with an outdoor Coleman burner, grill and flat top that was very convenient for everything. There were lots of thoughtful handy gadgets for cooking too! I loved the cutting board attachments. Super comfy lounge chairs and handy fire pit made for great relaxing nights. You don’t need to bring much - just your food and clothes! We did end up bringing too much, and there isn’t a lot of storage in the trailer so we lived out of our bags that we stored on the sofa. We carefully managed the power with the solar panel and we’re lucky we had mostly sunny days- would recommend bringing a genny if you will be off grid for a while, we did miss charging our phones. The fridge, stove and trailer heater are propane based and James made sure we had lots. All and all we had a great stay and would highly recommend Pam and James and their little GeoPro!

Pam and James are truly top shelf hosts. It really seemed like they just wanted us to have a great stay. Anytime we had questions or concerns they responded in a timely manner and didn’t hesitate to come out to the RV to help us when needed. We would definitely rent from the again!

I rented this RV for 8 days to escape home renovations. It was a cozy spot to hang out with a few books and my pup. My pup loved hanging out on the bed surrounded by a window on every side. The owners were very accommodating and made sure I had enough power to stay warm when I woke up to a surprise dump of snow which blocked the solar for a day. A great adventure !!

Trailer was so cute ! Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Host was wonderful as I forgot my coffee so she put some in the trailer for us. Good communication! Would definitely rent from Pam again.

James was great in setting up camp, all the essentials were included. Bed was comfortable but fold down sofa wasn't, a foam topper would have made a difference. Everything worked well inside the unit. There was an unfortunate situation inside the unit half way in to our stay but the owners were quick to try and remedy the problem.
