It is a great a size for our family, comfortable and includes some great extras such as ice maker. I highly recommend renting through Kelsey as she is quick to answer and will answer any questions you might have.

Alex was very helpful with explaining to my husband how to complete the setup and take down for the trailer. The trailer is new, super clean and comes with so many extras such as an ice machine. I highly recommend the trailer for a family as you can comfortably sleep 5 people.

The features of the trailer made the trip more enjoyable, having the awning and air conditioning. I would highly recommend adding the mini fridge and ice maker. Communication from the host was poor. I understand that the host and family were unwell the days leading up to our trip so there was no response from them to confirm important things. I had to message several times and call and leave voicemails to get them to just simply confirm the delivery time. I inquired several times about expectations surrounding the water usage and I was reassured that we wouldn't run out. However we ran out of water after one person showered. The rest of our trip after that was disappointing. I was assured that they could come and refill the water but the next morning they left a message saying they can't come. I had a tough time with my 2 year without having access to water in the trailer. I wouldn't recommend booking this trailer because of the poor communication from the host and the trailer running out of water with little usage.
