About Crystal

Crystal was a great host; communicated quickly and was very helpful. The rv was super cute and comfy. We had a small technical glitch, but Crystal was easy to contact and helped resolve it right away.

Another RV we had rented backed out the day before our vacation was to begin and we were lucky enough to find Crystal and her even better trailer. She responded to our booking request very quickly and communication with her was great from beginning to end. The RV was cute and exactly what our family of two adults, two kids, plus doggo needed for camping over Labor Day weekend. The entire process was seamless and Crystal was a most gracious host. Delivery, set-up, and break-down was done by the host who was quick and efficient. Very happy, thank you!

It looks great in the pics, but we had rough experience with this trailer and I would not rent it again. When it showed up it was dirty, the shower was gross an there were leaves and tree shrubs inside. The panel doors to the queen bed were broken off the hinge. When the trailer is hooked up to power there are no issues as one would expect, but when it is on battery it's terrible. We had this trailer for 10 days, 7 of those days were at provincial campsites which do not have power, so 7/10 nights were a pain in the ass. When there is no cord you can't light the fridge and run it on propane - even if you start the generator and light fridge, when you unplug the generator the fridge turns off, so we had 7 days with no fridge. When you're trying to run on battery the lights die quickly, when you turn on the water pump the lights go out - and this is after trying to charge the battery for 2-4 hours with the generator.
