Wayne and his family are very polite and kind ,also very understandable . very easy communicated and deal with to drop off and pick up . a trail was very clean and every are put in places . i'm very amazed how well they take care of my trailer. one of the best rental i ever experience in my first rv host rental season i'm highly recommended this wonderful man and his family to any host out there. If it was possible to give Wayne a 6 star review, we would. Wayne was incredibly honest with his booking, when he saw the weather forecast - he added a propane fill to his booking as he realizes it would be cold. We picked up our trailer and it was extremely clean and everything was put back where it goes. Wayne maintained clear communication with us the entire time. It was a pleasure to host Wayne and his family, and we look forward to doing so again soon.
