Mark was really easy to communicate with and was helpful if we had any questions. There were a few times when there was a long delay before he responded to some of our questions but for the most part, he was a really good host. We would definitely rent Ruby again in the future and recommend her for both first time users or more seasoned campers. She made the trip really enjoyable.
