Jessy had the unfortunate experience of being my very first renter, lol. He was very patient and thorough so it made the first-time rental process for me very smooth. He is an experienced tower, so the test-drive was a breeze. He and his family brought back the unit in pristine shape. They were on time for both the pick up and drop off, and 10/10 would rent to him again. I even forgot to put in my welcome treat, so had to give it to them after the fact. Whoops!
