The luxurious and spacious Gilbert's house has everything you need. The host Chasity his super nice and very efficient. She's delivering and installing, so the only thing you have to do is enjoy and relax. Makes the trip so much better! Thank you!!:) Will rent again.

The RV did look like the pics and received clean but there were a few negatives that I did not experience with previous RV bookings. Make sure to inform this owner which campsite you have booked at. A week before we were taking possession they were surprised there was no hook up for water. If I am the owner of the trailer I will look where the person is bringing my trailer before I accept the contract. The morning we took possession of the trailer we were informed the fridge/freezer had not been working for a few days and they were trying to fix it. It made our stay inconvenient because we had to bring our own mini fridge/freezer with us that took up space in the kitchen. They did supply an extra small fridge. I think most RV owners use their trailers for their own trips but it would have been nice to have some more cupboard/drawer space. The owner knew we were bringing our own linens but had blankets and sheets in the drawers. Next time I will request that an owner remove their personal items so the we would have room for our items. I have definitely had much better experiences in the past renting RV's.
