Norm was a very nice guy, and always easy to get in touch with. It was not our best experience to date, renting through RVezy, but still enjoyed our trip in Norms trailer.

Norm was very communicative throughout the process and extremely accommodating with the delivery, set-up, and pick-up of the RV. I can, without exception, recommend this RV. It was clean, roomy and very functional for all our camping needs.
