Thank you for returning the trailer as good as you received it. I feel bad that you were not satisfy with the conditions that were presented to you at the time of walk through. I wish you would have raise your concerns at that time and could refuse our service. A loose screw here or there may be small and hope that they were not interfering your trip in anyway, they are being maintaining by the dealer. Thank you kindly for your input.
