The host was an excellent communicator and things went very smoothly with booking, picking up the trailer, and drop-off too. We had some issues with the battery holding a charge in the trailer which was a challenge, but we managed to make due. Trailer was clean and functioned as needed. Thanks for having us!

Walid is awesome ,rv is very spacious and easy to use

My family and I really loved this trailer. Its a smaller size so it doesn't weigh alot and makes it easier to pull, but when you unfold the beds it becomes really spacious for our family of 4; and would easily accommodate 6. Walid was quick to respond, and did a great job when I picked up the trailer to show me how to operate everything. The trailer was clean at pickup and had alot of kitchen tools already stocked. Included was a very sturdy hitch with sway bars which to me was really important. He also has a quiet and fuel-efficient generator that you can rent, which was really important as where we went camping, there were no hookups. It rained for a few hours one day while camping and the sleeping quarters were watertight which we were initially concerned about. Our only issue was that the battery was not holding a charge for very long and since we were at a campsite where there were no hookups, we had to run our generator twice a day for the two hours each time that the campsite allowed generators to run. Really glad we had the generator, and when I spoke to Walid about this, we came to an agreement that I feel was reasonable for both parties. Overall, I was happy with this rental and would definitely rent this trailer and from Walid again.

Our experience was not great. We were asked to pick up the trailer with the waste tank not emptied because they didn't have time. When we insisted that the tank be emptied prior to pick up, we then had to pick up the trailer farther out of town at a different location. The battery in the trailer was also dead, so when we were camping at a site with no power, we had no lights or water for the whole stay. I repeatedly tried to contact the host with my concerns, but he did not respond. The trailer was also very poorly set up for a rental. There were not basic items in the trailer (paper towel, dish towels, cutting board, broom), which made our stay very difficult. We were travelling from out of province, and we had been assuming a rental would be stocked with basic necessities. Overall, it was not a great experience.
