Renter was honest about where they were going which we appreciated. However, the screen door handle was broken and they left cigarette burns on the outdoor floor mat. They did do their dishes which was also appreciated

Cole and his group were great to deal with, although they came in 2 hours late with a few things that needed to be dealt with Cole took responsibility and covered the extra costs without complaint. I would rent to Cole again. Thx Rich
