Ash was incredibly helpful, thorough and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed to make our camping experience a success. The RV was in top-notch condition and worked perfectly throughout the day. Overall, I would highly recommend Ash’s RV to anyone looking to have a great outdoor experience with a clean living space.

Susan V.Aug 2023Nice trailer overall. We had some battery issues but Ash worked to try to solve them for us. We were unable to boondock this trailer for 10 days with minimal power useage. We had to use a generator every 2-3 days. I didn’t realize when I booked the trailer that the top bunk bed has been removed so there is only a single double bed plus the main queen (and convertible nook). Queen bed is very comfy, double has a dip in the centre. The kitchen dishes, pots, pans etc was good. There’s even a magic bullet for blending! We didn’t use much inside as we cooked everything outdoors so no idea how the stove etc worked. The full size fridge and freezer was awesome. - Marilyn K.Aug 2024Aug 2024: Extremely disappointing! Paid an extra $200 for bedding, towels, shampoo/conditioner, soap etc....NOTHING except bedding was supplied. All dishes were dirty. 2 adults, 2 children booked and not even a 4 place dish setting was provided. Then the key broke in the door look Friday night. Owner was contacted and he said he wasn't available, did not have a spare key and call a locksmith. Port Alberni, small town, no locksmith available and the door was locked! My family got in and left it unlocked for one night. But had to leave Saturday and didn't want valuables left unlocked. Tried to open the kitchen window and it shattered. I did NOT approve the door lock replacement and window replacement. I asked to see the invoices first. RVezy simply invoiced my cc $739.00 without my consent. Will never deal with this company or Ash again! So frustrating and left me scrambling to take care of my families needs $1800 later for a one week stay! Then an additional $739 because he wasn't willing to help out or even check if they got access. (And they were parked 4 blocks from his house!)
