Ryan was a great host and the trailer had a few nice surprises a shade tent, outdoor table and a propane stove. We did find out upon pickup that the fridge didn’t work and the AC didn’t work either.. it was a very hot week and the AC was one of the options we were looking for when booking a rental.. we had brought some freezer items under the assumption that we had a fridge and freezer in the trailer which we ended up throwing out as we couldn’t keep them frozen. Ryan did supply a small fridge but it was in the way in the trailer so it wasn’t used much. If those two items were fixed this would be a 5 star rating
