The camper-trailer is an older model and very basic but it filled all of our needs as a “guest home” for visiting family. The camper set up (and down) easily and was extremely clean with no musty smells. The large beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed spending nights sitting at the table or settee. We didn’t require the use of the stove, heater or water so I can’t say anything about those but the owners explained how to set everything up just in case. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and will definitely keep them in mind if we have need of a camper-trailer again!
