They were both very friendly and took the time to show us everything we needed to know about the trailer. The trailer itself was clean and well maintained. The inside was spacious, my husband, 2 young children, and I felt very comfortable. He went out of his way to take the time to wait for the park ranger to resolve the issue. I will use Tony in the future!

They were also very attentive and responsive over text and call to make sure that everything was working out for us. The battery ran out and the trailer started beeping early in the morning, 6am. We tried a few things but nothing worked and ended up calling the host. They answered the phone right away and instructed us what to do to address the issue at 6am!

Plus, his trailer is gorgeous! There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and I appreciated the small touches like towel hooks, hand soap, trash cans and extra paper towels.
