Our family really enjoyed all the amenities with this rv. The communication was great, never waited for a response. Owner checked on us numerous times to make sure everything was good. Everything was provided, we literally just had to bring ourselves. Highly recommend!

Clarissa was an EXCELLENT host. She had so many things in her camper that made our stay great. Having linens on the beds and towels available was above and beyond what we’ve rented before. Would 100% use again!

Very nice RV and a great experience

Good for y'all to start a rental property but make sure you know what you are doing prior to renting again. I would not recommend you again on our first time staying. The set-up took longer because you did not have the correct hoses/cords. I was told you had a hard time parkin the RV due to the driver. I would also recommend having notes/instructions for the renter during their stay. We have had a rental property for many years and try to do this for our renters. The water was not turned on when setup so we had to unkink the hose and turn on the water ourselves. Not a huge deal but if you are paying for set-up service than this should be done for you in advance. I would also recommend having some heavier blankets in the rooms. If you advertise "linens" than something a little more than sheets is expected. I would also include some kitchen towels for convivence. And, if you say kitchen items, make sure to add a can opener and wine opener. These are both standard kitchen items. Just and FIY for renters.
