There were a few issues with the RV when we picked it up that we handled ourselves, but when a minor issue was found after we returned it, we were charged an additional $200 on top of the part and felt unfairly blamed for the damage. We understand that things happen, but we were disappointed with how the situation was handled. A more thorough inspection checklist may help prevent issues like this in the future. Unfortunately, we will not be using this rental service again.
