Hello, my name is Robert and I have an amazing 2023 Winnebago Revel aptly named "Revel In Joy"...that I would like to share with you. My daughter, Tabitha and son-in-law, Gary, along with myself are the ones who handles the rental for this van. We are a team who wants to answer your questions so you can decide if this is the Revel for you. Don't be surprised when you show up to the van orientation to see 1, 2, or all 3 of us. We have been able to take Revel In Joy on trips to the beach, desert, mountains and across the 10 freeway to Texas. We have loved sleeping on the comfortable bed, sitting under the stars, having a bathroom very close and stopping along the road during our trips to eat different meals and snacks. We love Revel In Joy and hope you will enjoy it as much as we have.

Jiyoung Y.Jan 20242023년식이라 차도 아주 깨끗하고 문제있는 부분도 없었어요. 픽업과 반납 시간이 유동적이라 편했어요. 물론 얼리 픽업 비용은 지불했어요. 하루 거리가 200마일로 다른 차량들에비해 길어서 로드트립하기 좋았어요. 여행중에 하이웨이에서 갑자기 타이어가 터졌는데 로드사이드에 전화했더니 3시간만에 새 타이어로 바꿔줘서 다행히 여행을 계속할수 있었답니다. 여행 후반에 눈이 많이 오는 지역을 갔는데 4x4 차량이라 다른 차들이 못가고 있는 길을 걱정없이 지나올수 있었어요. 눈이 예상되는 지역을 가신다면 저는 4x4 차량을 추천합니다. 내부 구조가 침대를 자동으로 올렸다 내릴 수 있게 되어있는데 이 부분이 짐을 싣기에 아주 편했어요. 밴 주인인 로버트는 아주 친절하고 쿨했어요. 제 첫 캠핑밴 여행인데 아주 만족스러워서 다음번 여행도 이용하려고 해요. Since it is a 2023 model, the car was super clean and there were no problems. It was convenient because the pick-up and return times were flexible. Of course, I paid for the early pickup fee. The distance per day is 200 miles, which is longer than other vehicles, so it was good for a road trip. During my trip, my tire suddenly exploded on the highway. I called roadside service and they replaced me with a new tire within 3 hours, so fortunately I was able to continue my trip. Later in the trip, we went to an area where it snowed a lot, and because we had a 4x4 vehicle, we were able to go through roads that other cars couldn't go on without worry. If you are going to an area where snow is expected, I recommend a 4x4 vehicle. The internal structure allows the bed to be raised and lowered automatically, which made it very convenient to load. The van owner, Robert, was very friendly and cool. This is my first camping van trip, and I am very satisfied with it, so I plan to use it on my next trip as well.

Jill B.Oct 2023We had an amazing time in this beautiful vehicle. It was actually fun to drive! We felt privileged that they would share it with us. We drove up the California coast all the way to Mendocino and back down to Los Angeles. It truly was our home away from home. Definitely a little tight for two people, but with the awning out in our beautiful campgrounds, our living quarters were extended each night under the stars. We used a memory foam pad on the bed, which really increase the comfort, and put a big camping mat out under the awning each night to help with dirt. We look forward to our next adventure. Robert was very cool and made the rental process very easy. I had questions on the road and he always picked up the phone and ready to help me out. Robert is a very nice person and does what he says. I would not hesitate to rent his rig.
Bill C.Aug 2023Great rig, clean (like new), everything worked as expected. The van has everything necessary for a comfortable trip. heavy duty screens kept bugs out on a very buggy weekend. Owners are great, one small mishap was handled in stride. Would definitely rent this van again. Highly recommended.

Sierra W.Nov 2024We went on a 9 day road trip and received so many compliments on this van! It is very easy to drive and drives well. The bed was very comfortable and fit myself 5’5” and my fiancé who is 6’2” tightly but comfortable. It was nice to have lights inside you could turn on and off, so we didn’t need lanterns at night. There was also the heater feature that you could turn on without having to turn on the van, which we enjoyed on cold mornings. It was easy to dump the grey water from the shower. We didn’t use the toilet as we stayed in campgrounds with toilets however there is one. side note- ensure the odometer is read together and damages placed together in the pre-inspection before departing the initial pickup.- Eva M.Oct 2024Beware! Thias was the rental from hell. The RV was filthy, broken doors, drawers that don't stay shut, unable to use a 'pantry' because the shelves are falling, picked up the RV and the fuel was 1/2 and with a FULL grey water tank, fresh water 1/3, the toilet cassette was FULL and Robert the owner even pulled it out to show how easy it was and should have said something. Before I even left I had to go get DEF because otherwise I'd run the risk of only going 30 mph... First night I was at a camp site so I was on power/water but the second night I was boon docking and was unable to turn on the electricity and had to take into a hotel since I was in AZ and it was 100F. By this time I had made the decision to turn around since I wasn't sure what was going on with it and Robert, the owner, wasn't responding to texts and calls. Later I find out the damaged passenger door that didn't open plus other damages was from an accident in MARCH! When I finally got a response from Robert as to why it was in the condition it was, his response was 'The people that brought her back said they didn't use the toilet because they brought it back all messed up.I had to go get four new tires because otherwise I would've had to cancel you out'. Sorry for the long review but this isn't even all of it. I've rented sprinters before no problem, this has left such a bad feeling.
